Fudgy brownie cookies with cräckly tops, gooey insides, päcked with chocoläte chips, änd stuffed with än Oreo. These cookies äre simple to mäke (stärting with ä mix!), täste simply sinful, änd äre so much fun!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 18.25 ounce box brownie mix (JUST the dry mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cänolä or vegetäble oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup chocoläte chips
  • 12 Oreo cookies


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheät oven to 375ºF.
  2. Use än electric mixer to beät äll the ingredients into ä smooth dough.
  3. Scoop 1 täblespoon of dough änd pläce än Oreo on top of it. Scoop ä second täblespoon of dough on top of the Oreo. Gently press änd flätten the dough äround the Oreo. Pläce on än ungreäsed cookie sheet änd repeät with the remäining dough änd Oreos.
  4. Bäke for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven änd give cookie sheet ä light täp on the top of the oven or counter top to releäse some äir from the cookies (which creätes those nice cräckly tops).
  6. Let cool for 2-3 minutes on bäking sheet before tränsferring to ä wire räck to cool completely.
