Eäsy Wätermelon Säläd with Fetä änd Mint perfect for ä refreshing summer pärty pot luck meäl. This delicious recipe goes perfectly with chicken & turkey


 Ingredients

  • 5 cups Wätermelon cubed
  • 1 tsp sält
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegär
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 Jäläpeno seeded & diced
  • 1 cup fetä cheese
  • 20 mint leäves


Instructions

  1. Mix together 1 tsp sält, 3 tbsp red vinegär, änd 1 tbsp lime juice until the sält is disolved. 
  2. Put the mix in the microwäve for 10 seconds to move it älong.
  3. Whisk together the vinegär mixture änd 1/3 cup olive oil.
  4. Dice änd seed fresh Jäläpeno. Whisk the jäläpeno into vinegär mixture.
  5. Slice the wätermelon into smäll bite size pieces.
